Terms and Conditions:

*Offer valid seven days a week from 5/1/11 through 8/31/11. A limited number of rooms are available and subject to availability. Advance reservations required. Tax, gratuities, fees and service charges are additional. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons and are not applicable to previous reservations or group bookings of 5 or more rooms. Free nights and discounts are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be used for future stays. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Rates are per room, per night, and based on availability at the time of reservations. A stay is defined as consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, regardless of check-in/check-out activity. Void where prohibited. 

*Free Fourth Night valid at participating properties after three paid consecutive nights are consumed at the same hotel, and is for the same room type. A minimum stay of 3 paid consecutive nights is required. The value of the fourth night will be deducted from final bill at the time of checkout. Free Fourth Night does not include resort fees, taxes, gratuities, or other service charges - guest will be responsible for all such charges. The Free Fourth Night is subject to hotel availability and no credits, discounts, or coupons will be provided in the event there is no availability at participating hotels. If guest departs early and/or modifies the reservation to be less than 3 nights, the Free Fourth Night does not apply.

*Kids Eat Free - 12 years and younger valid for up to 2 children per paying adult entree, up to 4 children with 2 paying adults per room. Kids must be accompanied by at least one paying adult. Valid only when eating in participating resort restaurants, is not applicable to room service, and kids must select from the Children’s Menu or Breakfast Buffet (if available).

*$20 Gas Credit will be deducted from the final bill at the time of check-out. Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

*20% Discount on Resort Activities must be taken at the time of service and cannot be taken at check-out. The Welcome Letter provided at check-in must be presented at each activity outlet to receive the discount. Discounts vary by property.
